SEB Asset Management is an established European real estate asset manager that follows an international investment strategy as part of the Swedish SEB Group. SEB Asset Management acts as the SEB Group’s global real estate competence centre, bundling all its real estate activities.

Customised investment solutions for institutional investors round off our range of services. At present, SEB Asset Management has total real estate fund assets under management of approximately €14.5 billion.
