The fondsmeter® Ranking is based on the so-called risk adjusted performance (RAP). This two-dimensional ratio is calculated from the performance achieved and the risk (volatility) taken. Funds are ranked at the end of each month. The funds with the highest RAP ratio for their sector are given triple graded PLUS symbols for three different time horizons (short/mid/long term). Awards are made on the year-end reporting date.
