31 March 2009 – Termination of Real Estate Equity North America (WKN A0B7JD)
SEB Investment GmbH is terminating the administration of the SEB Real Estate Equity North America subfund in accordance with section 22 of the General Fund Rules of the SEB Real Estate Equity umbrella construction as of 31 March 2009; the notice period is 13 months. The subfund will be wound up after the notice period expires on 30 April 2010.
Investors holding units in SEB Real Estate Equity North America can exchange these for units of SEB Real Estate Equity Global without incurring a front-end charge.
The Company's right to manage the subfund expires once termination takes effect. In this case, the subfund and the right of disposal over it pass to the Custodian Bank, which must liquidate the subfund and distribute it to the investors. During the liquidation, the Custodian Bank may claim the fee due to the Company. The Company will prepare a liquidation report as of the date on which its right of disposal over the subfund expires.

18 March 2009 – Notice regarding sub-fund SEB Fund 1 - SEB Asset Selection Fund
(the "Sub-fund")
Hedged currency unit classes – No change in investment strategy
In order to distinguish unit classes issued in a currency other than the Sub-fund's base currency for purposes of hedging currency risk against the Sub-fund's base currency, class names will be supplemented with the designation "H-". The new class designations will be "C (H-NOK)", "C (H-SEK)", "C (H-USD)", "C (H-GBP)" and "D (H- SEK)". Unitholders who do not approve of the above changes may redeem their units at no charge within one month from the date of publication of this notice.
To any investors having received information from their custody institutions to the effect that there has been a change in the investment strategy of this fund, please note that is not correct. This inaccurate information was transmitted due to an oversight on the part of an information service. The investment policy of SEB Asset Selection has not changed.
